description: This study aims to describe the implementation of civic skills through the extracurricular activities of the Youth Red Cross (Palang Merah Remaja), at SMAN 5 Kota Serang. Civic skills are essential citizenship competencies that help form active, critical, and responsible citizens. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the application of civic skills in PMR activities includes the development of intellectual skills such as responsibility and critical thinking, as well as participatory skills such as interaction and the ability to influence others. The types of civic skills instilled involve communication skills, teamwork skills, and first aid skills. Supporting factors in the implementation of civic skills include the roles of supervisors and trainers, cooperation among members, and school support. However, there were still obstacles such as the lack of self-confidence among some members and inconsistency in training attendance. This study emphasizes the importance of extracurricular activities as an effective means of fostering students' citizenship skills.
