The research results show that the program carried out by the community early awareness forum has played a significant role through early detection, routine monitoring, and cooperation with security forces and related institutions. The main supporting factors for the success of the program include human resource synergy, good coordination with the government and related institutions, and active community participation. However, the implementation of this program also faces a number of obstacles, such as limited operational support, busy members, lack of monitoring intensity, and low community understanding of the importance of their role in conflict prevention. Overall, the community early warning forum succeeded in increasing community awareness and participation through effective communication and collaboration with related parties.
