This research employs a mixed-method approach with a sequential explanatory design. The research technique uses proportional random sampling, resulting in a sample of 104 students, and purposive sampling with five informants. Data collection techniques include questionnaires and interviews. Quantitative data analysis in this study uses descriptive statistical analysis, while qualitative data analysis applies source triangulation.
