description: Currently, adolescents represent a significant portion of the global population, with more than half of the world's population under the age of 25, and approximately 29% aged between 10–25 years. In Indonesia, the number of adolescents in 2023 was recorded at 64.16 million, equivalent to 23.18% of the total population (BPS 2023). With such a large number, adolescents in Indonesia face various complex issues that require special attention from the government. These issues span the areas of education, health, and social well-being, which can potentially affect their development. As part of the effort to address these challenges, the Bina Keluarga Remaja (BKR) program in Tanjung Burung Village becomes crucial to examine, given its role in providing guidance to both adolescents and their families. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the BKR program within the BKR Flamboyan group located in Tanjung Burung Village, Teluknaga Sub-district, Tangerang Regency. This village was selected due to its relatively large adolescent population, making it a relevant location to assess the program's effectiveness. In addition, limitations in infrastructure and information dissemination are significant reasons for a deeper investigation into how the program is implemented, especially considering the village's broad geographical context. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study seeks to explore the execution of the BKR program and the obstacles encountered in achieving its goals. The findings from this research are expected to provide valuable insights for the development of similar programs in other regions that face comparable challenges and characteristics.
