One of the popular antennas is the microstrip antenna. In meeting the needs of wireless communication, an antenna that can work in different frequency bands is needed, so a multiband antenna design is designed to obtain different frequency bands. The design of this antenna design structure uses FR-4 substrate material with multi SLR-feed and u-shape patch made of copper. This antenna is equipped with filtering so that the results obtained become more optimal. The simulated antenna works at frequencies of 1.85 GHz, 2.49 GHz, 3.44 GHz, 4.03 GHz and 4.72 GHz, for return loss of -32.4 dB, -19.5 dB, -26.3 dB, -21.8 dB and -18.1 dB respectively, while for bandwidth of 30 MHz, 80 MHz, 60 MHz, 70 MHz and 180 MHz respectively. While the measurements of the fabricated antenna have results at 1.86 GHz, 2.53 GHz, 3.44 GHz, 4.04 GHz and 4.80 GHz respectively. The return loss values at each frequency are -20.18 dB, -19.60 dB, -21.86 dB, -20.50 dB and -15.98 dB.
