STEM education can help participants learn how to use scientific reasoning to solve problems. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of STEM-based module teaching materials on vehicle electrical competencies in vocational education of mechanical engineering at Untirta. This study applies the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Needs analysis is carried out by observing lecturers when teaching lectures and literature reviews from related research that has been carried out previously. Validation was carried out by 5 validators consisting of 3 material experts and 2 media experts by calculating the average per aspect on the instrument sheet. The results of the study showed that the average feasibility of teaching materials in material experts was 91% with a Percentage Interpretation of "Very high" and the feasibility of teaching materials in media experts was 80% "very high". This teaching module is designed following the STEM model syntax.
