Penelitian ini menerapkan model pengembangan 4D(Define,Design,Develop,Disseminate). Analisis kebutuhan yang dilaksanakan dengan mengamati dosen saat mengajarkan perkuliahan dan literatur review dari penelitian terkait yang telah dilaksanakan sebelumnya. Validasi dilakukan oleh 5 orang validator terdiri dari 3 orang ahli materi dan 2 orang ahli media dengan menghitung rata-rata peraspek yang ada pada lembar intrumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Rata-rata kelayakan bahan ajar di ahli materi 91\% dengan Tafsiran Pesentase ?Sangat tinggi? dan kelayakan bahan ajar di ahli media 80\% ?sangat tinggi?. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of STEM-based module teaching materials on vehicle electrical competencies in vocational education of mechanical engineering at Untirta. This study applies the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Needs analysis is carried out by observing lecturers when teaching lectures and literature reviews from related research that has been carried out previously. Validation was carried out by 5 validators consisting of 3 material experts and 2 media experts by calculating the average per aspect on the instrument sheet. The results of the study showed that the average feasibility of teaching materials in material experts was 91\% with a Percentage Interpretation of "Very high" and the feasibility of teaching materials in media experts was 80\% "very high".
