description: This study aims to examine the management of the mobile training unit program in   improving graphic design vocational skills at the South Jakarta Regional Job   Training Center. The approach used in this research is to use a qualitative approach   and descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the management   carried out by the manager of the South Jakarta Regional Job Training Center is   carried out in a structured manner and applies the management functions of   planning, organizing, mobilizing, coaching, assessing, and developing in   accordance with the rules and policies set by the Manpower and Transmigration   Office, and there are basic and special vocational skills from students. The   conclusion of this research is the implementation of program management from the   planning, organizing, mobilizing, coaching, assessing, and developing stages, as   well as an increase in the basic and special vocational skills of students in   participating in graphic design training.
