description: Chemistry is considered one of the most difficult subjects to understand due to its abstract nature, including the topic of atomic theory development, which is more conceptual and theoretical, making many students feel bored. Therefore, media that can stimulate students curiosity and motivation to learn through digital-based tools is needed.  The aim of this research is to develop, assess the feasibility of, and analyze students responses to a digital pocketbook with a crossword puzzle game based on scientific literacy in the topic of atomic theory development. This study follows the Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate.  This research resulted in a digital pocketbook product that was validated and deemed feasible for use, with a material validation score of 0.95 and a media validation score of 0.98. The student response test showed an average percentage of 86% in the "Very Good" category. Based on the research findings, the development of a digital pocketbook with a crossword puzzle game based on scientific literacy in atomic theory development is considered suitable and practical for use as a teaching material in chemistry lessons.
