Continuing education description: This study aims to gain a deeper understanding of the role of BPMP Banten in the mentoring program for the use of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) by teachers, as well as to identify supporting factors and obstacles encountered. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that BPMP Banten has carried out its role effectively through mentoring programs such as socialization, sharing best practices, as well as advocacy and school monitoring. Supporting factors contributing to the success of the mentoring program include the availability of competent human resources, relevant materials aligned with teachers' needs, good coordination management, and collaboration with the Department of Education, BGP Banten, and schools. However, challenges also arose during implementation, such as the low motivation among teachers to utilize the PMM, which remains an issue.
