"Education is the main basis in the formation of superior human resources who are able to compete in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Technology 5.0, with SMKN 8 Tangerang City having an important role in preparing students to face technological challenges such as robotic systems. However, learning in this field is still dominated by the one-way lecture method which makes students less active, reducing their level of understanding, and activeness. As a solution, the Jigsaw learning method offers a collaborative approach to increase student engagement, deepen understanding, class liveliness and optimize learning outcomes.\r\nThis research seeks to see the effect of the Jigsaw learning method in improving learning outcomes related to robotic systems, in addition to seeing the influence between class liveliness and level of understanding on student learning outcomes. The research was conducted using a quasi-experimental design with a quantitative approach involving two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS software version 25 and Microsoft Excel. \r\nBased on the research results obtained, (1) The results of the simple regression test show that the class activeness variable has a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. that class activeness has a significant effect on learning outcomes. The R square value of 0.810 indicates that class activity contributes 81% to the variability of student learning outcomes. (2) The simple regression analysis results for the level of understanding resulted in a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, which means that the level of understanding has a significant effect on learning outcomes. The R square value of 0.787 indicates that the level of understanding has an influence of 78.7% on student learning outcomes. (3) The results of the multiple regression test show that class activeness and level of understanding simultaneously have a significant effect on learning outcomes, with a significance value of 0.00. The R square value of 0.856 indicates that the combination of these two variables contributes 85.6% to student learning outcomes. (4) Wilcoxon test results show that the application of the jigsaw method has a significant effect on student learning outcomes. The significance value of 0.00 supports the conclusion that this method effectively improves learning outcomes.
