These skills can be improved through the application of learning models that encourage active student participation, one of which is the Problem Based Learning model. This study aims to determine the application of the Problem Based Learning model in improving students' science process skills on buffer solution material and to determine the improvement of students' science process skills after the application of the Problem Based Learning model on buffer solution material. This research used quantitative method with One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The research sample consisted of 40 students of class XI at SMAN 2 KS Cilegon who were selected using purposive sampling technique. The research instruments included teaching modules, learner worksheets (LKPD), science process skills (KPS) test questions, and observation sheets. The data obtained were analyzed using Microsoft Excel and the SPSS 23.0 program. The results showed an increase in students' science process skills after applying the Problem Based Learning model, as evidenced by the sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 in the hypothesis test. In addition, it was found that the average difference in test scores was 52%, while the observation results showed an overall average percentage of 86% which fell into the very good category. %Z Pengembangan keterampilan proses sains dalam pendidikan memiliki peran penting untuk melatih kemampuan siswa dalam memecahkan masalah ilmiah, seperti pada materi larutan penyangga. Keterampilan ini dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran yang mendorong partisipasi aktif siswa, salah satunya adalah model Problem Based Learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model Problem Based Learning dalam meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa pada materi larutan penyangga dan mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan proses sains siswa setelah penerapan model Problem Based Learning pada materi larutan penyangga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 40 siswa kelas XI di SMAN 2 KS Cilegon yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian mencakup modul ajar, lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD), soal tes keterampilan proses sains (KPS), dan lembar observasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan program SPSS 23.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan proses sains siswa setelah diterapkannya model Problem Based Learning, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai sig.(2-tailed) sebesar 0.000 pada uji hipotesis. Selain itu, ditemukan selisih rata-rata nilai tes sebesar 52%, sementara hasil observasi menunjukkan persentase rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 86% yang masuk dalam kategori sangat baik.
