Penelitian ini mengambil sampel industri kreatif songket Melayu di Indonesia. Populasi adalah seluruh pemilik atau pengelola Industri Songket Melayu di Indonesia. Jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 319 responden. Data dikumpulkan secara wawancara langsung dan melalui G-Form. Hasil analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa radikal innovation dibutuhkan dalam meningkatkan performance organisasi industri songket. Kontribusi penelitian ini dibutuhkan manajemen dalam melakukan penyesuain terkait faktor luar dan dalam organisasi, sehingga dapat merancang MCS yang baik, untuk penciptaan kapabilitas berupa knowledge sharing dan radikal innovation sehingga dapat meningkatkan performance organisasi. abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze how internal (organizational culture) and external stimuli affect the creation of a management control system (MCS), seeing how this MCS can affect the creation of capabilities measured by knowledge sharing and radical innovation to affect organizational performance with technological turbulence as a moderator. This study takes a sample of the melayu songket creative industry in Indonesia. The population is the entire owner or manager of the Melayu Songket Industry in Indonesia. The number of samples was 319 respondents. Data was collected through live interviews and G-Form. The results of this analysis show that radical innovation is needed to improve the performance of the songket industry organization.
