Industrial Management subject: HF Commerce subject: HF5601 Accounting description: The purpose of this study is to analyze how internal (organizational culture) and external stimuli affect the creation of a management control system (MCS), seeing how this MCS can affect the creation of capabilities measured by knowledge sharing and radical innovation to affect organizational performance with technological turbulence as a moderator. This study takes a sample of the melayu songket creative industry in Indonesia. The population is the entire owner or manager of the Melayu Songket Industry in Indonesia. The number of samples was 319 respondents. Data was collected through live interviews and G-Form. The results of this analysis show that radical innovation is needed to improve the performance of the songket industry organization.
