note: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetaui Pengaruh Partisipasi Anggaran
dan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi terhadap Kinerja Manajerial dengan Budaya
Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja sebagai Variabel Moderating. Variabel independen
dalam penelitian ini adalah Partisipasi Anggaran dan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi.
Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah Kinerja Manajerial. Sedangkan
variabel moderasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi
Kerja. Penelitan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan
merupakan data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah OPD pemerintah di
Kota Cilegon. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada purposive
sampling dengan hasil sampel diperoleh sebanyak 113 data analisis yang diolah.
Metode analisis data menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan menggunakan program
WarpPLS 8.0.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Partisipasi Anggaran
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Manajerial. (2) Sistem
Informasi Akuntansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja
Manajerial. (3) Budaya Organisasi memoderasi pengaruh Partisipasi Anggaran
terhadap Kinerja Manajerial. (4) Motivasi Kerja memoderasi pengaruh Partisipasi
Anggaran terhadap Kinerja Manajerial. (5) Budaya Organisasi memoderasi
pengaruh Sistem Informasi Akuntansi terhadap Kinerja Manajerial. (6) Motivasi
Kerja memoderasi pengaruh Sistem Informasi Akuntansi terhadap Kinerja
Manajerial.
abstract: This study aims to determine the Influence of Budget Participation and
Accounting Information System on Managerial Performance with Organizational
Culture and Work Motivation as Moderating Variables. The independent variables
in this study are Budget Participation and Accounting Information Systems. The
dependent variable in this study is Managerial Performance. Meanwhile, the
moderation variables in this study are Organizational Culture and Work Motivation.
The research uses a quantitative approach. The data used is primary data. The
population in this study is government OPD in Cilegon City. The selection of
samples in this study was based on purposive sampling with the results of the
sample obtained as many as 113 processed analysis data. The data analysis method
uses PLS-SEM using the WarpPLS 8.0 program.
The results of this study indicate that: (1) Budget Participation has a positive and
significant effect on Managerial Performance. (2) Accounting Information Systems
has a positive and significant effect on Managerial Performance. (3) Organizational
Culture moderates the effect of Budget Participation on Managerial Performance.
(4) Work Motivation moderates the effect of Budget Participation on Managerial
Performance. (5) Organizational Culture moderates the effect of Accounting
Information Systems on Managerial Performance. (6) Work Motivation moderates
the effect of Accounting Information Systems on Managerial Performance.
