The research method used is research and development with the ADDIE model research design (analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model research design which is modified into 4 stages, namely analyze, design, development, evaluation.. The research subjects consisted of 2 material experts, 2 media experts, 1 biology teachers, and 20 students of class XI SMAN 3 Kota Cilegon. The validation results from material experts reached value of 91,91% and validation from media experts reached value of 95%. These two results show that the media developed is very suitable for use in learning. In the limited trial assessment results, the average value of the user response test on the teacher was 82,81% and the user response test on students was 88,66%. Both assessment results are included in the very good. The conclusion of this study is android-based static infographic on nervous system material is very suitable as a learning medium.
