This research aims to analyze the macrozoobenthos community stcucture on Tunda island, Serang, Banten. The study employed a purposive sampling method across three ecosystems: Mangroves, Seagrass Beds, and Coral Reefs. Sampling was conducted at two station points in each ecosystem, with transects measuring 1x1 meters.The water quality statistics were categorized as neutral, with a pH range of 7,9-8,2 and dissolved oxygen (DO) levels between 8,1-9,2. The temperature ranged from 28,1℃ to 32℃, and salinity varied from 25% to 32%. The macrozoobenthos community structure across three ecosystems showed that the seagrass ecosystem had the highest macrozoobenthos abundance, with a moderate diversity index (H`), a high evenness index €, and a low dominance index (C). Generally, the makrozoobenthos community structure on Tunda Island showed no significant similarity among the ecosystem.
