description: Nowadays, everyone can easily own a motorized vehicle. However, this has a negative impact on the smoothness of traffic on the road, namely increasing the number of traffic violations. In handling traffic violations, various obstacles are still faced. The focus of this research is the effectiveness of traffic law enforcement policies in Serang City. The aim of  this research is to determine the effectiveness of electronic traffic law enforcement in Serang City. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and library research. The data analysis used is the theory of program effectiveness which includes goal achievement, adaptation and integration. The results show that the dimensions of achieving goals, adaptation and integration have been running effectively, but still face obstacles such as a lack of surveillance cameras, a lack of socialization regarding traffic law enforcement policies, and a lack of public awareness in paying fines for violations. Suggestions include increasing outreach activities, increasing the number of surveillance cameras, and improving online services. The implementation of these steps is expected to improve compliance, administrative efficiency and traffic safety in Serang City.
