%X Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gender diversity,  CEO overconfidence, dan political connection terhadap perusahaan zombi. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode statistik. Objek penelitian yang digunakan adalah sektor consumer cyclicals dan consumer non-cyclicals yang terdaftar di BEI pada periode 2019-2022. Teknik penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan data panel dan  diolah dengan software STATA versi 17. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gender diversity berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap perusahaan zombi, CEO overconfidence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perusahaan zombi, serta political connection berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap perusahaaan zombi.
%Z This study aims to analyze the influence of gender diversity, CEO  overconfidence, and political connections on zombie companies. This type of  research is a quantitative research with statistical methods. The object of the  research used is the consumer cyclicals and consumer non-cyclicals sectors listed  on the IDX in the 2019-2022 period. The sampling technique was carried out by  purposive sampling. Data analysis uses panel data and is processed with STATA  software version 17. The results of the study show that gender diversity has a  negative effect and significant on zombie companies, CEO overconfidence has a  positive and significant effect on zombie companies, and political connections  have an effect but are not significant on zombie companies.
