The research location was chosen purposively, and data was collected through observation, interviews and literature study. The analysis used includes analysis of costs, revenues, income, R/C Ratio, B/C Ratio, Break Even Point (BEP), and Payback Period (PP). The research results show that the average total cost of tempe production in Serang City is Rp. 710.216 per production, with an average receipt of Rp. 1.440.000, and the average income is Rp. 729.784. An R/C ratio of 2,03 shows that this business is efficient and feasible to run (>1). An B/C Ratio of 1,03 shows that this business is profitable and has the potential to be developed (>1). The BEP unit is 11 units, so the profit obtained during production reaches 11 units, while the BEP price is Rp. 1.973 per tempeh shows that profits are achieved if the selling price is above Rp. 1.973 per tempeh. Payback Period (PP) is 0,12 which shows a return on capital within 1 month 6 days.
