N2  - This researcher aimed to determine the Influence of YouTube TED Talks Video on Speaking Skills of Eleventh Grade Students at SMAN 1 Bojongmanik Lebak. The researcher employed a quantitative research method with a quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group research design. The population of the research was eleventh grade students at SMAN 1 Bojongmanik Lebak. Each group, which had 23 students, was divided into an experimental group and a control group. The instruments for this study were a speaking test pre-test and a post-test. A content validity test and an inter-rater reliability test were then used to collect and examine the data. Following an analysis of the test's validity and reliability, a normality test, a homogeneity test, and a hypothesis test with a t-test were used to further analyze the data. To determine the impact of YouTube TED Talks videos as a medium on the speaking abilities of eleventh grade students at SMAN 1 Bojongmanik Lebak, the hypothesis was tested using the t-test formula. The calculation indicates that, with a significance level of 0.05 or 5 percen, the result of tcount is greater than ttable 5.25 higer than 2.00. It can be concluded that there is an influence of YouTube TED Talks Video as a media influence students? Speaking ability of the Eleventh Grade of SMAN 1 Bojongmanik Lebak. It is suggested that YouTube TED Talks Video can be utilized by English teachers to assist students in developing their speaking skills

N1  - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Video TED Talks YouTube terhadap Keterampilan Berbicara Siswa Kelas XI SMAN 1 Bojongmanik Lebak. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kuasi eksperimen non-equivalent control group. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI di SMAN 1 Bojongmanik Lebak. Setiap kelompok, yang terdiri dari 23 siswa, dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Instrumen untuk penelitian ini adalah tes berbicara pre-test dan post-test. Uji validitas isi dan uji reliabilitas antar penilai kemudian digunakan untuk mengumpulkan dan memeriksa data. Setelah analisis validitas dan reliabilitas tes, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis dengan t-test digunakan untuk menganalisis data lebih lanjut. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh video TED Talks YouTube sebagai media terhadap kemampuan berbicara siswa kelas XI di SMAN 1 Bojongmanik Lebak, maka dilakukan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan rumus uji-t. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara penggunaan video TED Talks YouTube terhadap kemampuan berbicara siswa kelas XI di SMAN 1 Bojongmanik Lebak. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa, dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 atau 5%, hasil thitung lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu 5,25 lebih besar dari 2,00. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan video TED Talks YouTube sebagai media pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan berbicara siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Bojongmanik Lebak. Disarankan agar Video TED Talks YouTube dapat digunakan oleh guru bahasa Inggris untuk membantu siswa dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berbicara mereka.
