The researcher applied qualitative descriptive research. The participant of this research was the fourth semester The Department of English Education at University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa which consisted of six male students and six females students. The data were collected through observations and interviews. The result showed that the male students used one type of linguistics feature and the female students used six type of linguistics feature. Besides, the differences of linguistics feature used by male and female students were caused by some factors such as social factors and situation and condition factors. The result hopefully would give insight for teacher to more pay attention to students‟ English such as in their grammar, pronunciation, and also the way they express their English.
