            note = {Kecakapan vokasional merupakan keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh seseorang untuk
menunjang pekerjaan dalam bidang tertentu. Kecakapan vokasional dibagi menjadi
dua, yaitu kecakapan vokasional dasar dan vokasional khusus. Dengan berbagai
macam permasalahan yang terjadi di BBPVP kota Serang-Banten terkait kesiapan
kerja peserta pelatihan maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui
hubungan kecakapan vokasional terhadap kesiapan kerja peserta pelatihan las
industri di BBPVP kota Serang-Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan
kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini
menggunakan keseluruhan peserta pelatihan las industri yang berjumlah 48 orang.
Langkah-langkah pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik
angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat
hubungan antara kecakapan vokasional dasar (X1) dengan kesiapan kerja (Y)
peserta pelatihan las industri di BBPVP kota Serang-Banten, hal ini dibuktikan
dengan hasil taraf sign. {\ensuremath{<}}5\% dan nilai r hitung {\ensuremath{>}} r tabel, yaitu 2.467{\ensuremath{>}}2.015,
sehingga Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, (2) Terdapat hubungan antara kecakapan
vokasional khusus (X2) dengan kesiapan kerja (Y) peserta pelatihan las industri di
BBPVP kota Serang-Banten, yang dibuktikan dengan hasil taraf sign. {\ensuremath{>}}5\% dan nilai
r hitung {\ensuremath{>}} r tabel, yaitu 3.018{\ensuremath{>}}2.015, sehingga Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, (3)
Terdapat hubungan antara kecakapan vokasional dasar dan vokasional khusus (X1,
X2) dengan kesiapan kerja (Y) peserta pelatihan las industri di BBPVP kota SerangBanten, yang dibuktikan dari hasil taraf sign. {\ensuremath{>}}5\% dan nilai r hitung {\ensuremath{>}} r tabel, yaitu
5.111{\ensuremath{>}}3.20, maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Adapun nilai R yang diperoleh yaitu
R=0,430 yang berarti dalam hubungan kecakapan vokasional dengan kesiapan kerja
peserta pelatihan las industri di BBPVP kota Serang-Banten terdapat hubungan

        abstract = {Vocational skills are skills possessed by a person to support work in a particular
field. Vocational skills are divided into two, namely basic vocational skills and
special vocational skills. With various kinds of problems that occur in the BBPVP
Serang-Banten city related to the work readiness of the training participants, the
purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between vocational skills and
the work readiness of industrial welding training participants at the BBPVP SerangBanten city. This study uses a quantitative approach with the correlational method.
The population in this study used a total of 48 industrial welding trainees. The steps
of data collection in this study used questionnaires and documentation techniques.
The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a relationship between basic
vocational skills (X1) and work readiness (Y) of industrial welding training
participants at BBPVP Serang-Banten city, this is evidenced by the results of the

is accepted and H0 is rejected, (2) There is a relationship between special vocational
skills (X2) and work readiness (Y) of industrial welding training participants at
