TY - THES UR - https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/48238/ M1 - sarjana ID - eprintuntirta48238 N1 - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan terkait perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dari pelaksanaan program full day school di SDIT Al Izzah 2. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan didukung teknik pengumpalan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknis analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Hubberman. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perencanaan program full day school di SDIT Al Izzah 2 dimulai dengan membuat jadwal kalender akademik, administrasi kelas, pengadaan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, serta penyusunan program pembiasaan keagamaan dan juga pengembangan diri yang terwujud dalam bentuk kegiatan ekstrakulikuler. Adapun pelaksanaan program full day school dapat berjalan dengan baik dan kondusif walaupun terdapat banyak kegiatan yang harus diikuti oleh peserta didik. Mulai dari mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas, mengikuti program pembiasaan keagamaan, hingga mengikuti program pengembangan diri yang terbentuk dalam kegiatan ekstrakulikuler. Adapun faktor pendukung dari pelaksanaan program full day school adalah lingkungan yang kondusif dan kerjasama antara orang tua dan guru. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah lingkungan yang tidak kondusif disertai dengan perbedaan persepsi antara orang tua dan guru. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, supported by data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The technical data analysis uses the Miles and Hubberman model. The results of this research show that planning the full day school program at SDIT Al Izzah 2 begins with creating an academic calendar schedule, class administration, providing adequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as preparing a religious habituation program and also self-development which is realized in the form of extracurricular activities. The implementation of the full day school program can run well and be conducive even though there are many activities that students must take part in. Starting from taking part in learning activities in class, taking part in religious habituation programs, to taking part in self-development programs formed in extracurricular activities. The supporting factors for implementing the full day school program are a conducive environment and cooperation between parents and teachers.
