%T PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PADA PROGRAM WISATA ROHANI & UMRAH (STUDI KASUS: PERUSAHAAN FAST MOVING CONSUMER GOODS)

%X Digital transformation has become a strategic approach for companies to enhance daily operational efficiency. The ER department of the company has chosen to implement digital transformation through an information system in the company’s appreciation program, namely the Spiritual Journey and Umrah program. This study focuses on the challenges faced by reward recipients in operating the file upload system for the Spiritual Journey & Umrah program at a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods company. Several challenges identified include errors in accessing the old information system, an unresponsive upload feature, insufficiently detailed information, and users’ limited understanding of the system, which leads them to seek assistance from the ER department. This study aims to design an integrated and user-friendly information system while analyzing the usability test results of the Spiritual Journey & Umrah information system. The research adopts the Framework for the Application of System Thinking method, which consists of six stages: Scope Definition, Problem Analysis, Requirement Analysis, Logical Design, Physical Design, and Construction and Testing. The system design process utilizes Microsoft PowerApps, SharePoint, and PowerAutomate to enhance accessibility and feature efficiency for reward recipients and the ER department. The research findings indicate that the designed application effectively helps reward recipients upload files more easily. The system feasibility test, using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, achieved an average score of 82. This score indicates a good level of system acceptance (acceptable), with a grade of B and an "Excellent" rating. The designed system improves efficiency and ease of use in managing the administration of the Spiritual Journey & Umrah program.
%Z Transformasi digital menjadi pendekatan strategis bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional sehari-hari. Departemen ER pada perusahaan memilih menerapkan proses transformasi digital melalui sistem informasi pada program apresiasi perusahaan, yakni Wisata Rohani dan Umrah. Penelitian ini berfokus pada kendala yang dihadapi penerima reward dalam mengoperasikan sistem upload berkas pada program Wisata Rohani & Umrah di sebuah perusahaan Fast Moving Consumer Goods. Beberapa kendala yang muncul antara lain error dalam mengakses sistem informasi lama, fitur upload yang kurang responsif, informasi yang kurang rinci, serta rendahnya pemahaman pengguna dalam mengoperasikan sistem, sehingga mereka membutuhkan bantuan dari departemen ER. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi yang terintegrasi dan mudah digunakan oleh pengguna serta menganalisis hasil pengujian kegunaan sistem informasi Wisata Rohani & Umrah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Framework for the Application of System Thinking, yang mencakup enam tahapan: Scope Definition, Problem Analysis, Requirement Analysis, Logical Design, Physical Design, serta Construction and Testing. Proses perancangan sistem ini memanfaatkan platform Microsoft PowerApps, SharePoint, dan PowerAutomate untuk meningkatkan kemudahan akses serta efisiensi fitur bagi penerima reward dan departemen ER. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rancangan aplikasi ini mampu membantu penerima reward dalam mengunggah berkas dengan lebih mudah. Pengujian kelayakan sistem menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) memperoleh skor rata-rata 82. Skor ini mengindikasikan tingkat penerimaan sistem yang baik (acceptable), dengan grade B dan rating Excellent. Sistem yang dirancang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi serta kemudahan penggunaan dalam proses pengelolaan administrasi program Wisata Rohani & Umrah.
