description: Digital transformation has become a strategic approach for companies to enhance daily operational efficiency. The ER department of the company has chosen to implement digital transformation through an information system in the company’s appreciation program, namely the Spiritual Journey and Umrah program. This study focuses on the challenges faced by reward recipients in operating the file upload system for the Spiritual Journey & Umrah program at a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods company. Several challenges identified include errors in accessing the old information system, an unresponsive upload feature, insufficiently detailed information, and users’ limited understanding of the system, which leads them to seek assistance from the ER department. This study aims to design an integrated and user-friendly information system while analyzing the usability test results of the Spiritual Journey & Umrah information system. The research adopts the Framework for the Application of System Thinking method, which consists of six stages: Scope Definition, Problem Analysis, Requirement Analysis, Logical Design, Physical Design, and Construction and Testing. The system design process utilizes Microsoft PowerApps, SharePoint, and PowerAutomate to enhance accessibility and feature efficiency for reward recipients and the ER department. The research findings indicate that the designed application effectively helps reward recipients upload files more easily. The system feasibility test, using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, achieved an average score of 82. This score indicates a good level of system acceptance (acceptable), with a grade of B and an "Excellent" rating. The designed system improves efficiency and ease of use in managing the administration of the Spiritual Journey & Umrah program.
