Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Kuantitatif dengan focus pada analisis dan numerikal, atau angka yang diolah dengan statistik.Variabel Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Total Quality Management, Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja, Sistem Akuntansi Manajemen sebagai Variabel independent sedangkan Kinerja Manajerial sebagai Variabel Dependen. Metode analisis statistic adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) bersama dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan, dan alat analisis software SmartPLS versi 4.1 digunakan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa: 1) Total Quality Management menunjukan bahwa tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Manajerial. 2) Sietem Pengukuran Kinerja memiliki berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Manajerial. 3) Sistem Akuntansi Manajemen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Manajerial. abstract: This study aims, to see how the influence of Total Quality Management on Managerial Performance in Retail Companies in the Tangerang Region, to see the Performance Measurement System on Managerial Performance, to see the results of the Management Accounting System on Managerial Performance. This study uses a Quantitative Method with a focus on analysis and numerical, or numbers processed with statistics. The research variables used are Total Quality Management, Performance Measurement System, Management Accounting System as independent variables while Managerial Performance as the Dependent Variable. The statistical analysis method is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) along with Partial Least Square (PLS) is used, and the SmartPLS version 4.1 software analysis tool is used.
