description: This study aims, to see how the influence of Total Quality Management on Managerial Performance in Retail Companies in the Tangerang Region, to see the Performance Measurement System on Managerial Performance, to see the results of the Management Accounting System on Managerial Performance. This study uses a Quantitative Method with a focus on analysis and numerical, or numbers processed with statistics. The research variables used are Total Quality Management, Performance Measurement System, Management Accounting System as independent variables while Managerial Performance as the Dependent Variable. The statistical analysis method is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) along with Partial Least Square (PLS) is used, and the SmartPLS version 4.1 software analysis tool is used. This study found that: 1) Total Quality Management shows that it has no significant influence on Managerial Performance. 2) Performance Measurement System has a positive effect on Managerial Performance. 3) Management Accounting System has a positive and significant effect on Managerial Performance.
