"Indonesia is entering the era of globalization where the habit of printing is\r\nstarting to shift to digital versions. The innovation of Collective Labor\r\nAgreements in the form of electronic documents is a current product of thought.\r\nArticle 126 paragraph (3) of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower\r\nstates that: \"Employers must print and distribute the collective labor agreement to\r\neach worker/laborer at the company's expense.\" Referring to that regulation, the\r\nCompany must print and distribute the Collective Labor Agreement/CLA to\r\nEmployees in printed form and does not explicitly allow the digital version of the\r\nCLA to be distributed, resulting in a lack of legal certainty and the need for\r\nregulations to be updated in line with the times. This research aims to analyze the\r\nvalidity and practice of implementing the CLA in the form of electronic documents\r\nbased on Law Number 13 of 2003 on Manpower at PT Adis Dimension Footwear.\r\nThe theories used as analytical tools in this research are the Theory of Legal\r\nCertainty and the Integrative Theory. This research uses a normative-empirical\r\nmethod. Normative-empirical is a legal research method that examines the\r\nimplementation of positive legal provisions and contracts factually in every legal\r\nevent within society. The author conducted a research approach on Law Number\r\n13 of 2003 concerning Employment and CLA in the form of electronic documents\r\nregarding developments and new phenomena in society. The results of this\r\nresearch analysis are: 1. The validity of collective labor agreement texts in\r\nelectronic form refers to Article 126 paragraph (3) of Law Number 13 of 2003\r\nconcerning Manpower, which lacks legal certainty because it must be made in\r\nprinted form. 2. In the era of globalization, the Law related to Law Number 13 of\r\n2003 concerning Manpower and its derivatives explicitly does not regulate the\r\nvalidity of the practice of implementing CLA in the form of Electronic Documents\r\nat PT Adis Dimension Footwear."^^ .
