The innovation of Collective Labor Agreements in the form of electronic documents is a current product of thought. Article 126 paragraph (3) of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower states that: "Employers must print and distribute the collective labor agreement to each worker/laborer at the company's expense." Referring to that regulation, the Company must print and distribute the Collective Labor Agreement/CLA to Employees in printed form and does not explicitly allow the digital version of the CLA to be distributed, resulting in a lack of legal certainty and the need for regulations to be updated in line with the times. This research aims to analyze the validity and practice of implementing the CLA in the form of electronic documents based on Law Number 13 of 2003 on Manpower at PT Adis Dimension Footwear. The theories used as analytical tools in this research are the Theory of Legal Certainty and the Integrative Theory. This research uses a normative-empirical method. Normative-empirical is a legal research method that examines the implementation of positive legal provisions and contracts factually in every legal event within society. The author conducted a research approach on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment and CLA in the form of electronic documents regarding developments and new phenomena in society. The results of this research analysis are: 1. The validity of collective labor agreement texts in electronic form refers to Article 126 paragraph (3) of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, which lacks legal certainty because it must be made in printed form. 2.
