note: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem manajemen mutu (ISO 
9001), sistem manajemen lingkungan (ISO 14001) serta sistem manajemen 
keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (ISO 45001) terhadap kinerja keuangan. 
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang berada di 
kawasan Krakatau Industrial Estate Cilegon (KIEC). Metode penentuan sampel 
dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Convinience Sampling dengan jumlah 
sampel yang diperoleh adalah 4 perusahaan dengan total responden sebanyak 32 
responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Smart PLS 
versi 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem manajemen mutu (ISO 
9001) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dengan 
perolehan nilai T Statistic sebesar 2,106 > 1,96 dan nilai P Value sebesar 0,036 < 
0,05. Sedangkan sistem manajemen lingkungan (ISO 14001) dengan perolehan 
nilai T Statistic sebesar 0,548 < 1,96 dan P Value sebesar 0,584 > 0,05 serta 
sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (ISO 45001) dengan 
perolehan nilai T Statistic sebesar 0,129 < 1,96 dan P Value sebesar 0,897 > 0,05 
tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan.
abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of quality management systems (ISO 
9001), environmental management systems (ISO 14001) and occupational safety 
and health management systems (ISO 45001) on financial performance. The 
population in this study were manufacturing companies located in the Krakatau 
Industrial Estate Cilegon (KIEC) area. The sampling method in this study used 
the Convinience Sampling technique with the number of samples obtained being 4 
companies with a total of 32 respondents. The analysis tool used in this study is 
Smart PLS version 3. The results of this study indicate that the quality 
management system (ISO 9001) has a positive and significant effect on financial performance with a T Statistic value of 2.106> 1.96 and a P Value of 0.036 
<0.05. While the environmental management system (ISO 14001) with a T 
Statistic value of 0.548 <1.96 and a P Value of 0.584> 0.05 and the occupational 
safety and health management system (ISO 45001) with a T Statistic value of 
0.129 <1.96 and a P Value of 0.897> 0.05 do not have a significant effect on 
financial performance.
