This study aimed to analyze soil erodibility values in Taro Beneng cultivation areas across Talaga Warna, Juhut, and Kaduengang villages to support sustainable land management and optimize crop yields. This research employed a survey method to analyze soil erodibility using the Wischmeier and Smith (1978) formula, considering parameters such as soil texture, structure, organic matter content, and permeability. A total of thirty soil samples were collected from three different elevation zones to capture variations in soil conditions. The soil erodibility (K) values were calculated using Microsoft Excel, while spatial mapping was performed using ArcGIS.The results indicate that organic matter content increases with elevation due to climatic factors affecting decomposition rates. Soil texture varies, with sandy clay loam found in Talaga Warna and Juhut, while loamy sand is predominant in Kaduengang, reflecting the geographical diversity of the Mount Karang region. Soil structure ranges from granular to coarse, with varying permeability levels influencing soil erodibility risks. Based on the analysis, the highest soil erodibility values were recorded at low (±343 meters above sea level) and medium (±615 meters above sea level) elevations, both at 0.51, classified as high erosion risk.
