description: This study analyzes the response and influence of the effectiveness of fiscal policy  on Inflation in the application of the Inflation Targeting Framework observation  conducted in the State of Indonesia from 1992 to 2021. The data used is time  series data. With the Vector Error Corection Model (VECM) analysis method,  then the results are obtained by comparing the time lag, the effect of each  variable and the shock variables between countries to determine whether or not  fiscal policy is effective on Inflation in each country. The results show that there is  a positive and significant influence in the long run on the variables of fiscal  balance, government debt, interest rates and economic growth. While for  government expenditure and exchange rate variables there is no positive  (negative) influence in the long run. The response obtained from an inflation  shock is that interest rates, economic growth and exchange rates respond  positively. Meanwhile, fiscal balance, government debt, and government  expenditure respond negatively.
