%T STUDI PENGARUH TEMPERATUR SOLUTION TREATMENT DAN AGING TERHADAP SIFAT MEKANIK DAN STRUKTUR MIKRO DAN KETAHANAN OKSIDASI INCONEL 718 %I Fakultas Teknik Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa %L eprintuntirta48092 %X In this study, Inconel alloy 718 alloy was conducted using spark plasma sintering (SPS) technology at a 950°C with a heating rate of 50°C per minute, a pressure of 16 kN, and a holding time of 30 minutes. After the fabrication process, the solution treatment at 900°C, 1000°C, and 1100°C with a holding time of 3 hours. Furthermore, the aging process was carried out at temperatures of 675°C, 725°C, and 775°C with a holding time of 8 hours, ending with quenching media using water. then the oxidation process is carried out at a temperature of 800°C for 100 hours. To evaluate the microstructure, chemical properties, and mechanical properties of the Inconel 718 samples, several tests were conducted. These included microstructure analysis which includes surface morphology using optical microscopy and SEM-EDS (Scanning Electron Microscope - Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy). In addition, mechanical properties were analyzed through hardness test using Vickers microhardness tool, as well as measurement of oxide weight oxide weight gain. The results showed that the optimal solution treatment temperature, 1100°C, and aging temperature of 775°C resulted in a better and more stable phase distribution. Increase oxidation resistance, and provide higher hardness values. In addition, this study also identified a significant effect of aging temperature on oxide layer formation and microstructure stability. %D 2025 %A Adhitya Bagas Dhanyswara
