description: The application of brain gym to children aged 5-6 years aims to support   cognitive, motor and emotional development in the early stages of life.   Brain gym consists of a series of physical exercises designed to stimulate   brain function, improve concentration, coordination and gross motor skills   in children. When children reach the age of 5-6 years, children's brain   development is very rapid, so activities or activities that involve body   movement can strengthen their learning and interaction abilities. This   research examines the application of brain gym in improving focus, social   abilities and motor skills of children at pre-school age. The results show   that brain gym can help improve brain balance, facilitate more stable   emotional development, and support children's readiness to face future   learning challenges. The implementation of a structured and routine brain   gym has been proven to improve the quality of children's development   holistically.
