description: This study aims to identify: dominant factors, less dominant factors, and factors that influence the learning motivation of class XII students majoring in Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering at Vocational Schools. This type of research is included in a quantitative approach with survey methods. The samples used in this study was grade 12 with a total of 86 students. The sampling techniques used in this study are simple random sampling and purposive sampling. The results of this research show that: 1) the dominant factor that influences students' learning motivation is the learning outcome factor, an indicator of dynamic elements in learning and teaching with an eigenvalue of 2.520. 2) the less dominant factor that influences students' learning motivation is the default factor, an indicator of the student's condition with an eigenvalue of 1.307. 3) factors that influence learning motivation are ideals/aspirations, student abilities, student environment, dynamic elements in learning and learning, and teacher efforts in teaching.
