%X This study aims to explore the role of the Electoral Justice System in preventing  and prosecuting money politics practices in the 2024 Election in Serang City.  Money politics is a form of violation that can damage the integrity of elections  and democracy in Indonesia, so an effective electoral justice system is needed to  overcome it. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design to  analyze the policies, regulations, and mechanisms implemented by election  organizers and law enforcement agencies in dealing with money politics  practices. The Electoral Justice System theory is used as a theoretical basis for  understanding how the electoral justice system should work in ensuring electoral  justice. The results of the study show that although there are various prevention  and enforcement efforts through strict regulations, implementation in the field is  still constrained by the gap between regulation and implementation, even though  the regulations have been stated in Law No. 7 of 2017, the implementation of EJS  still faces various obstacles such as regulations already exist, but law enforcement  is weak. Money politics occurs covertly by using informal networks such as  families or local communities. Voters do not report violations because they have  benefited from money politics. The impact makes the legitimacy of the election  results doubtful because there are still many candidates who win by buying votes.
%Z Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran Sistem Keadilan Pemilu  dalam pencegahan dan penindakan praktik politik uang pada Pemilu 2024 di Kota  Serang. Politik uang merupakan salah satu bentuk pelanggaran yang dapat  merusak integritas pemilu dan demokrasi di Indonesia, sehingga diperlukan sistem  keadilan pemilu yang efektif untuk menanggulanginya. Penelitian ini  menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus untuk menganalisis  kebijakan, regulasi, serta mekanisme yang diterapkan oleh penyelenggara pemilu  dan lembaga penegak hukum dalam menangani praktik politik uang. Teori  Electoral Justice System digunakan sebagai landasan teoritis untuk memahami  bagaimana sistem keadilan pemilu seharusnya bekerja dalam memastikan  keadilan pemilu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat  berbagai upaya pencegahan dan penindakan melalui regulasi yang ketat,  implementasi di lapangan masih terkendala oleh Kesenjangan antara regulasi dan  implementasi yang meskipun regulasi sudah tertuang pada UUno 7 tahun 2017,  implementasi EJS masih menghadapi berbagai hambatan seperti regulasi sudah  ada, tetapi penegakan hukum lemah. Politik uang yang terjadi secara  terselubung dengan menggunakan jaringan informal seperti keluarga atau  komunitas lokal. Pemilih tidak melaporkan pelanggaran karena sudah mendapat  keuntungan dari politik uang. Dampaknya menjadikan legitimasi hasil pemilu  diragukan karena masih banyak kandidat yang menang dengan cara membeli  suara.
