The theories used in this study are authority theory and supervisory theory. The method used in this study is empirical juridical with data analysis through a qualitative approach using primary data in the form of interviews with BP2MI employees and secondary data. The results of the research obtained are the BP2MI Supervision Authority Based on Government Regulation Number 59 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers is the duty and authority of BP2MI as a forum to protect Indonesian migrant workers. In carrying out its supervision, BP2MI continues to strive to supervise Indonesian migrant workers from the beginning of the implementation before placement until after the employment contract period expires or after placement. Efforts and constraints of supervision by BP2MI are by making innovations that are preventive supervision. In conclusion, BP2MI supervision activities in an effort to realize Indonesian migrant workers are still widely disharmonized due to the lack of understanding of Indonesian migrant workers.
