The second warehouse is 470m away from the first warehouse. Currently, there is no spare part placement policy. The placement of spare parts has not been classified so that they are mixed in one place, and spare parts of the same type are found in several locations. The number of spare parts is currently 5,366 items, making searches difficult and when searching for spare parts often cannot be directly directed to the right location. This research aims to 1) design a spare part grouping policy in two warehouses using the FSN (Fast-Slow Non-Moving) method based on turnover ratio; 2) Classification of items based on type and weight categories using the k-means clustering method; 3) Relayout the placement of spare parts in the warehouse using class-based storage; and 4) create an information system to find out the details of the description and location of spare parts. Based on the calculation, FSN stated that 83.9% of the 1045 electrical spare parts and 79.5% of the 39 production FC spare parts fell into the non-moving category.
