Endophytic fungi are known to be able to produce special substances, especially secondary metabolites that are beneficial for plant growth, biotic stress, and abiotic stress. Almost all plants have endophytes in side them, including banana plants. However, it has not been widely explored and investigated. The purpose of this study was to determine the diversity of endophytic fungi from local bananas in Pandeglang, Banten. Local bananas in Pandeglang collected in six subdistricts, namely Cadasari, Banjar, Menes, Cisata, Pandeglang, and Saketi. In total, 13 local banana varieties were identified of which 40 endophytic isolates from the genera Fusarium, Curvularia, Pestalotiopsis, and Aspergillus were isolated from pseudostem and root tissues. All isolates were characterized by macroscopic and microscopic morphological characters. The interaction between several endophytic isolates and the Fusarium pathogen on bananas was tested using dual culture test. Various interactions of the two can form the also interaction of competition, antibiosis, or parasitism. The research results are presented in the form of an encyclopedia book. Based on the feasibility test, it is known that the encyclopeida is suitable for use as a learning medium in the concept of fungi and their role in life. Keywords: Endophytic fungi, local banana, Pandeglang, encyclopedia. %Z Fungi endofit dikenal sebagai fungi yang mendiami jaringan tanaman tanpa menyebabkan gejala penyakit. Fungi endofit mampu memproduksi zat khusus terutama metabolitme sekunder yang bermanfaat bagi pertumbuhan tanaman, tekanan biotik, dan tekanan abiotik. Hampir semua tanaman memiliki endofit di dalamnya, termasuk tanaman pisang. Namun hal tersebut belum banyak dieksplorasi dan diselidiki. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keragaman fungi endofit pada pisang lokal di Pandeglang, Banten. Pisang lokal dikumpulkan dar enam kecamatan, yaitu Cadasari, Banjar, Menes, Cisata, Pandeglang, dan Saketi. Secara total, 13 varietas pisang lokal diidentifikasi dimana 40 isolat endofit dari genus Fusarium, Curvularia, Pestalotiopsis, dan Aspergillus berhasil diisolasi dari jaringan pseudostem dan akar. Semua isolat dikarakterisasi berdasarkan karakter morfologi makroskopis dan mikroskopis. Interaksi antara beberapa isolat endofit dengan patogen Fusarium pada pisang diuji menggunakan uji kultur ganda. Interaksi keduanya dapat membentuk interaksi kompetisi, antibiosis, atau parasistisme. Hasil penelitian diimplementasikan dalam bentuk buku ensiklopedia. Berdasarkan uji kelayakan, diketahui bahwa ensiklopedia layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran dalam konsep fungi dan peranannnya dalam kehidupan.
