note: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganilis  
pengaruh 
pendampingan dan pelatihan program Jakpreneur terhadap omset penjualan 
UMKM dalam upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat di Kecamatan Cengkareng Kota 
Jakarta Barat. Populasi dari penelitian ini merupakan warga binaan program 
Jakpreneur yang berada di Kecamatan Cengkareng Kota Jakarta Barat yang 
berjumlah 133 orang, sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik slovin 
dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% yaitu sebanyak 100 orang. Latar belakang penelitian 
ini adalah adanya permasalahan rendahnya omset penjualan UMKM di Jakarta, 
yang mendorong pentingnya peran pendampingan dan pelatihan program 
Jakpreneur sebagai upaya strategis dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat secara 
berkelanjutan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket atau 
kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis 
korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data kemudian diolah dan dianalisis 
menggunakan aplikasi SPSS-25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) 
pendampingan program Jakpreneur berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap 
Omset Penjualan UMKM, 2) pelatihan program Jakpreneur berpengaruh positif dan 
signifikan terhadap Omset Penjualan UMKM, 3) pendampingan dan pelatihan 
program Jakpreneru secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan 
terhadap Omset Penjualan UMKM di Kecamatan Cengkareng Kota Jakarta Barat.
abstract: The purpose of this research is to understand and analyze the influence of mentoring 
and training in the Jakpreneur program on the sales turnover of UMKM effort in 
the Cengkareng District, West Jakarta. The population for this study includes 133 
participants of the Jakpreneur program in the Cengkareng District, West Jakarta, 
with a sample size of 100 people selected using the Slovin formula with a 5% 
margin of error. The background of this research is the issue of low sales turnover 
among UMKM in Jakarta, highlighting the importance of mentoring and training in 
the Jakpreneur program as a strategic effort for sustainable community 
empowerment. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, 
observations, and documentation. This research employed a correlation analysis 
method with a quantitative approach. The data was processed and analyzed using 
the SPSS-25 software. The research results indicate that: 1) mentoring in the 
Jakpreneur program has a positive and significant impact on UMKM sales turnover, 
2) training in the Jakpreneur program has a positive and significant impact on 
UMKM sales turnover, and 3) mentoring and training in the Jakpreneur program 
simultaneously have a highly significant impact on UMKM sales turnover in the 
Cengkareng District, West Jakarta.
