N1  - Laporan Tugas Akhir ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Penerapan
Pemotongan, Penyetoran, dan Pelaporan Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 23 pada
Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Banten.
Metode penulisan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan metode
deskriptif. Penulisan ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder yang
diperoleh dari pegawai bagian Akuntansi Keuangan sumber data berasal dari studi
lapangan dan studi kepustakaan. Cara pengumpulan data melalui observasi,
wawancara kepada bendaharawan dibagian Akuntansi Keuangan dan bagian
Administrasi Perbendaharaan Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah
(DPRD) Provinsi Banten.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh selama kegiatan magang yaitu
Penerapan Pemotongan,Penyetoran, dan Pelaporan Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 23.
Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Banten telah sesuai
dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2021 Tentang Harmonisasi Pajak.

N2  - This Final Project Report is to find out how to Apply the Deduction, Deposit,
and Reporting of Income Tax Article 23 at the Secretariat of the Regional House of
Representatives (DPRD) of Banten Province.
The method of writing this Final Project Report uses a descriptive method.
This writing uses primary data and secondary data obtained from employees of the
Financial Accounting section, the data source comes from field studies and
literature studies. The method of data collection is through observation, interviews
with treasurers in the Financial Accounting section and the Treasury
Administration section of the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative
Council (DPRD) of Banten Province.
Based on the results of research obtained during the internship activities,
namely the Application of Withholding, Depositing, and Reporting Income Tax
Article 23. The Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of
Banten Province has been in accordance with Law Number 7 of 2021 concerning
Tax Harmonization.
