"The most important thing that a government agency has is the quality of service,\r\nbecause the quality of service greatly influences the goals to be achieved. The\r\nquality of service, especially in terms of health services, can be in the form of\r\ninteractions carried out by health service providers with health service users. The\r\nquality of health services certainly greatly influences patient satisfaction, especially\r\nBPJS patients at the Menes Health Center, Pandeglang Regency. To achieve patient\r\nsatisfaction as expected by the agency, service officers must meet service quality\r\nstandards including responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy and real\r\nevidence. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the quality\r\nof health services has on BPJS patient satisfaction at the Menes Health Center,\r\nPandeglang Regency. The theory used in this study is Kotler's theory in (Rambat,\r\n2021). The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method. The\r\nsampling technique used the Slovin formula which obtained 99 respondents. Data\r\ncollection using a questionnaire in paper form that was distributed to all BPJS\r\npatients. Data management used simple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25\r\nto determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variables. The\r\ntest results show that the value of health service quality reaches 76.09% while the\r\npatient satisfaction value reaches 76.49%. Based on the calculation results, namely\r\nY = 52.779 + 0.34. The value is based on the coefficients table, which is known that\r\nthe value of the t test = 8.565 and the significance value = 0.000 which is smaller\r\nthan 0.05. Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that\r\nthere is an influence of health service quality on BPJS patient satisfaction at the\r\nMenes Health Center, Pandeglang Regency."^^ . "2025" . . . . . . . . . .
