The quality of service, especially in terms of health services, can be in the form of interactions carried out by health service providers with health service users. The quality of health services certainly greatly influences patient satisfaction, especially BPJS patients at the Menes Health Center, Pandeglang Regency. To achieve patient satisfaction as expected by the agency, service officers must meet service quality standards including responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy and real evidence. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the quality of health services has on BPJS patient satisfaction at the Menes Health Center, Pandeglang Regency. The theory used in this study is Kotler's theory in (Rambat, 2021). The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula which obtained 99 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire in paper form that was distributed to all BPJS patients. Data management used simple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25 to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variables. The test results show that the value of health service quality reaches 76.09% while the patient satisfaction value reaches 76.49%. Based on the calculation results, namely Y = 52.779 + 0.34. The value is based on the coefficients table, which is known that the value of the t test = 8.565 and the significance value = 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
