The data for this quantitative research came from 50 employees of Perumdam Tirta Madani and used a saturated sampling technique. This research uses descriptive statistical t-tests, outer models for measurement, and inner models for structural analysis, all within the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. The results of this research show that: (1) teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) teamwork has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (4) that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
