description: Public service is an activity in order to fulfill the service needs of the community  in accordance with laws and regulations, both in the form of goods, services,  and/or administrative services provided by public service providers. The  government has also formed institutions that regulate and implement public  services in various aspects which are then called Regional Apparatus  Organizations. Regional Apparatus Organizations also coordinate regarding the  preparation of policies and control of work programs in various aspects. Public  assessment of public services can indeed be said to be bad, therefore the Serang  Regency Communication, Informatics, Cryptography, and Statistics Service  implements a one-stop public information service in accordance with Regent  Regulation No. 108 of 2020. Therefore, this study is entitled Implementation of  Regent Regulation No. 108 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Information and  Documentation Service Officials at the Serang Regency Communication,  Informatics, Cryptography, and Statistics Service. The purpose of this study is to  be able to see the progress of innovation from the Serang Regency Government  regarding public services. The research method used in this study is a descriptive  qualitative research method. With the existence of this policy, the author uses  Edward III's theory of the Public Policy Implementation Model in which there are  four factors in implementing the policy, namely communication, resources,  disposition, and bureaucratic structure. This study shows that there is continuity  between the implementation of public service policies and several factors from  Edward's Theory.
