Raja Goedang Mas Serang. The method used in this research os quatitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study consists of 150 employees of PT. Raja Goedang Mas Serang. The research sample includes 60 respondents, selected using slovin sampling formula. Instrument testing in this study was conducted on 30 nonrespondents through validity and reliability tests using IBM SPSS 20.0 analysis software. Data analysis is the research employed Structura Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS 3.0 analytical tool.
