description: This research aims to determine the development process, feasibility, and students' responses to articulate storyline-based interactive media in grade IV elementary school thematic learning. This research uses a 4D development model which consists of four stages, namely define, design, develop and disseminate. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation. The instruments used were interview sheets, observation sheets, validation questionnaire sheets, and student response questionnaire sheets. The results of this interactive media development  research obtained an average percentage from media experts of 89.5% with very appropriate criteria, material experts obtained an average percentage of 92.85% with very appropriate criteria, and language experts obtained a percentage of 95 % with very feasible criteria. And for the results of the questionnaire, students' responses obtained a percentage of 95% that were included in the very good criteria. Therefore, from the research conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that articulate storyline-based interactive learning media in thematic learning in class IV elementary schools has been successfully developed, is suitable for use in the learning process, and has received good responses from students after using interactive media in the learning process. in grade IV elementary school.
