Technology-based learning is one of the efforts that can support mathematical literacy skills. However, the limitations in the development of learning media by teachers have become one of the obstacles. Articulate Storyline 3 is software that can be utilized to create educational media products. In an effort to preserve and instill cultural values, based on the characteristics of the research subjects in this study, embedding Banten cultural values as the context in mathematics learning materials is one of the appropriate options. This research aims to determine the steps in developing learning media that supports mathematical literacy skills using Articulate Storyline 3, as well as to assess the feasibility of the developed learning media. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results of this study obtained a validation percentage from content experts of 80.70% and media experts of 83.92%. The student response questionnaire yielded 87.03% and the teacher response 86%. The mathematical literacy ability test results achieved a learning completeness percentage of 79.31%.
