note: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Indikator Ekonomi Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Dengan Struktur Modal Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Pada Perusahaan Sektor Properti dan Real Estate DXPROPERT Pada Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2017-2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Sektor Properti dan Real Estate IDXPROPERT Pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 43 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Path Analysis dengan menggunakan aplikasi Stata Ver. 17. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan suku bunga, inflasi dan struktur modal berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun nilai tukar tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Selain itu suku bunga, inflasi dan nilai tukar tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Struktur modal mampu memediasi pengaruh suku bunga, inflasi dan nilai tukar terhadap nilai perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Sektor Properti
abstract: This study aims to determine the Influence of Economic Indicators on Company Value with Capital Structure as a Mediating Variable on Property and Real Estate Sector Companies DXPROPERT on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2022 Period. The type of research used in this study is quantitative with an associative approach. The population in this study is the Property and Real Estate Sector Companies IDXPROPERT on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. By using purposive sampling technique, a sample of 43 companies was obtained. The analysis technique used in this study is Path Analysis using the Stata Ver. 17 application. The results of this study indicate that interest rates, inflation and capital structure have an effect on company value. However, the exchange rate does not affect the company's value. In addition, interest rates, inflation and exchange rates do not affect the capital structure. Capital structure is able to mediate the influence of interest rates, inflation and exchange rates on company value in the Property and Real Estate Sector Companies DXPROPERT on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2022 Period.
